RandaWorks ("we", "our", or "us") sets out below how we handle user information for the game Inga Chronicle (the "App").
1. Scope
This policy applies to information we obtain and use in connection with the App.
For platform functions provided by Steam (including Steamworks), information collected and handled by Valve is governed by Valve's Privacy Policy.
2. Information we may obtain
We may obtain the following information to provide and improve the App.

- Crash logs or error logs, such as device or OS information, error timing, and error details
- Usage information, such as play counts, progress, settings, and aggregate play patterns
We do not require players to enter directly identifying information such as name, address, or phone number within the App itself.
(2) Information related to Steamworks features
We may use Steamworks APIs to provide platform features such as achievements. In that process, identifiers linked to a Steam account, achievement status, or other information necessary to provide those features may be referenced or transmitted through Steamworks.
3. Purposes of use
We use the information above for the following purposes.
- To provide, maintain, and operate the App
- To investigate bugs, improve quality, and improve features
- To provide Steamworks features such as achievements
- To handle inquiries, communication, and identity confirmation where necessary
- To prevent misuse, exploitation of bugs, and security incidents

When processing information relating to users in the EEA or UK, we rely on one or more of the following bases: legitimate interests in operating and improving the App, performance of a contract, or compliance with legal obligations.

The App itself does not use cookies. The official website may rely on external services such as FormSubmit.co for session handling or spam prevention, and the Steam platform may use cookies according to Valve's own policies.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete, anonymize, or otherwise handle it appropriately. Information may be retained for a reasonable period where needed for compliance, fraud prevention, or security.
