RandaWorks ("we", "our", or "us") sets out below how we handle user information on the website https://www.randaworks.com (the "Site").
1. Information we collect
We may collect personal information such as your name and email address when you contact us through our forms or email.
2. How we use information
We use collected information for the following purposes.
- To reply to inquiries
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Site and related services
3. Analytics and information sent to external services
We use the following tools to understand and improve how the Site is used. In line with the external transmission rules of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act, this policy discloses what information is sent from your device to external services, to whom, and for what purpose. We do not show a consent prompt for analytics.
Analytics tags are not loaded in development or review environments, on test URLs, or in browsers we have excluded. If you previously chose “Do not allow analytics” in our former settings panel, that choice is still honored in that browser and analytics is not loaded.
(1) Google Analytics 4
- Information sent: the URL and title of pages viewed, referrer, IP address, device, browser, operating system, screen size and language information, identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies, engagement time, and events such as button clicks and actions in learning tools and games
- Recipient: Google LLC
- Purpose: understanding and improving how the Site is used

For Eitan Gear, we record question starts, the first completed answer, stage completion, and play on a later day as part of analytics. These events do not include typed text, words, pasted passages, or save contents. To recognize play on a later day, only the date of the last answered question is stored in this browser.
(2) Internal analytics
This information is sent only from browsers that allowed analytics in our former settings panel before October 5, 2026. It is not sent from browsers that made no choice or chose “Do not allow analytics”.
- Information sent: page path, page type and language, referrer (domain and path only), events such as button clicks, device type, browser name, operating system name, screen size and language, a session ID that lasts until the tab is closed, and URL parameters that show the traffic source (src, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign)
- Recipient: RandaWorks (a collection server we operate on Google Cloud, provided by Google LLC)
- Purpose: understanding and improving how the Site is used. We do not use this setup to directly identify individuals.
(3) Microsoft Clarity
Microsoft Clarity collection is suspended on this site while we review the intended age groups of our learning content against the service requirements. We do not send new session recordings or heatmap data to Clarity.

(4) External services used to display pages
Some pages load the following external services to display content. Information is sent to each provider when they load.
- Google Fonts (text display). Information sent: IP address, browser information, and the page being viewed (referrer). Recipient: Google LLC. Purpose: delivering web fonts.
- Embedded YouTube videos (video pages and game pages). Information sent: IP address, device and browser information, the page being viewed, identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies, and playback actions. Recipient: Google LLC. Purpose: displaying and playing videos.
- Steam store widget (some pages, including learning tools and game pages). Information sent: IP address, device and browser information, the page being viewed, and URL parameters that identify the placement. Recipient: Valve Corporation. Purpose: displaying store information.
Information sent for advertising is described in “5. Advertising”.
If you want to stop measurement
You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the Site may not work as expected. To disable Google Analytics data collection, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, form protection, and advertising.
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for Google Analytics 4, first-party analytics, FormSubmit.co contact form handling, session management, CAPTCHA verification, spam protection, and advertising measurement.
You can restrict or disable cookies in your browser settings. For ways to stop measurement, see “3. Analytics and information sent to external services”.
5. Advertising
We may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense to support site operations, but only on article content pages. We do not load advertising code on learning tools, quizzes, games, or people-search interfaces.

Google AdSense may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this Site and other websites.
- Information sent: the URL of the page viewed, IP address, device and browser information, identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies, and ad impressions and clicks

- Purpose: delivering ads, measuring ad performance, and preventing fraud
(2) Personalized ads
Third-party advertising providers such as Google may use cookies to deliver personalized ads based on your past browsing activity. You can manage this through Google Ads Settings or through industry opt-out tools such as aboutads.info.
(3) Non-personalized ads
Even when personalized ads are disabled, contextual or non-personalized ads may still be shown based on the page you are viewing. Cookies may still be used for frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention.
Where advertising consent is required, we use a Google-certified consent management platform. You can select or change advertising choices through the settings shown by that platform.
6. Third-party services
We may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, advertising, email delivery, and contact form processing. Our contact form uses FormSubmit.co, which may handle your name, email address, message content, and CAPTCHA verification data to process submissions, deliver notification emails, and reduce spam.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except where required by law, where you consent, or where handling is delegated to service providers for site operations.
8. Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete it or otherwise handle it appropriately.
9. Your rights
If you want to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, please contact us. We will respond within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable law.
