Characters
Koyomi Inga and Shiori Tokino
These two characters shape the tone of RandaWorks video content around Inga Chronicle.
Straight-talking guide to causal chains
Koyomi Inga
Junior agent of the Time-Space Observation Bureau
Her catchphrase is, "I'll trace the causal chain for you." She keeps the pace high, links historical moments together, and reacts sharply when history takes an absurd turn.
The guide who makes causes and consequences easier to follow
Fast-talking, energetic, and a little mischievous
Pulls the audience in as trainee observers
Comic foil / witness to history
Shiori Tokino
A Japanese folkloric house spirit who has lived for about 1,200 years
She has watched history for centuries and calmly misremembers facts without malice. Her gentle pace softens the room, and every so often she drops the line that hits the core of the topic.
A long-view witness who remembers older eras firsthand
Slow, friendly, and soft in tone
The partner who draws out Koyomi's sharper reactions
Shiori plays the airier comic role, while Koyomi grounds the conversation with sharp reactions. The gap in their tempo is what gives the videos their tone.
